Cancellation & Refund Policy

ACTOVISION IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

Non-Cancellable Items

ACTOVISION IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food products, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the delivered product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 15 days of delivery. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

Product Not as Described

If the product you receive does not match the description or your expectations, please notify our customer support within 15 days of receiving it. Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate action.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved by ACTOVISION IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
